Taylor Foods has a great running relationship with Tykes Restaurant at Sandburn Hall York. For the second year running Taylor Foods and Tykes Restaurant were hosts to a very successful Seafood and Wine Evening, catering for over 100 guests.
Patrons were encouraged to go up to the fish counter and choose their fish. “It was great to see so many local fish in the display. Usually you wouldn’t see the fish being prepped, and get the level of detail about what you’re going to be eating”.
Taylor's own Phil Coltherd and Mark Armitage provided advice on menu choices, filleting demonstrations and a spot of cooking alongside the chefs at Tykes.
