Headed up by Darren Leason, our team share their passion for seafood and our company, by providing top quality fish to our customers. Having been part of the team as far back as he can remember! Darren is involved in all areas of the business, from going to the market to buy the fish, to preparing it, selling it and even delivering when required. Darren is supported by a great team of fish filleters, drivers, buyers, and account managers.
When it comes to product knowledge, our sales team is trained to a high standard, with weekly product training. You can be confident that we’re able to not only take your order, but to offer you seasonality information, advise on the daily catch, and assist you with menu planning.
As a part of Direct Seafoods group, we are fortunate to have access to our very own Director of Sustainability, Laky Zervudachi, Laky has almost 40 years’ experience in seafood and works alongside NGO’s, fishermen and suppliers to educate and encourage our customers on the huge range of sustainable and responsibly sourced seafood available.

Our Business Development Managers are our feet on the street, always happy to visit you and assist with any questions you may have.
